Geolocalisation
SmartTimer uses the geolocation feature only if it is activated in the application. The user’s geographic location is transmitted and recorded in the application when the user starts a timer (Start of the day) and ends when the timer finishes (End of the day). The geolocation is then automatically deactivated.
Consent
SmartTimer ensures that individuals are informed of the collection, use, or communication of personal information concerning them and that they consent to it.
Limitation of Collection
SmartTimer only collects the personal information necessary for the purposes outlined above.
Limitation of Use, Disclosure, and Retention
